Terms and Policy

• SVU is currently being run as a hobby - not a formal registered company, and all items are sold without VAT
• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission from your parent or caregiver to buy from our webshop.
• Payment terms are up-front to Swedish bank account, or Swish if you have access to it.
• We send our orders with the postal service. Shipping costs are calculated based on the prices of the postal service and the required packaging.
• We normally send our orders within 5 working days. It is possible to cancel orders that aren't already shipped, by contacting us at info@soundandvision.se.

Withdrawal, returns A 14-day withdrawal period is defined by Swedish law. For a withdrawal to be valid, it is required that the product is returned in its original condition. The customer pays the shipping cost of the return. For valid withdrawals, money is payed back to the customer within 30 days. Contact us (info@soundandvision.se) before returning your product.

Should any product be defect or broken upon arrival, contact us and we'll replace it.
